North Korea said that its dispute with the U.S. over $25 million frozen in a bank in Macao had been resolved, and that it would begin to shut down its main nuclear plant.

SEOUL, South Korea, June 25 — North Korea said Monday that its dispute with the United States over $25 million frozen in a bank in Macao had been resolved, and that it would begin to carry out its much-delayed promise to shut down its main nuclear plant.

I think North Korea's nuclear disputes will end in appropriate time provided that the United States sincerely acknowledge why North Korea goes nuclear.
